Pearl is a vintage trailer built on a 1950’s Shasta Frame and reimagined for a one of a kind bespoke experience. She can run silently on a standard electric hook-up and extension cord or a generator. She also has a large reach-in chest freezer inside and two large service windows.

While we can’t supply the alcohol due to Texas Liquor Laws, we can provide the shopping list! Once a menu has been finalized, we will provide the full list of required items while also saving money in your pocketbook. 


All of our Beverage packages include:

Necessary bar tools and equipment, napkins, straws, disposable cups, ice, coolers, set-up/breakdown, garnishes, and General and Liquor Liability Insurance




For standard packages yes, we require bar service as a part of our rentals and events.


Due to Texas liquor laws we are unable to provide a cash bar. Once a custom menu is finalized we will provide a full list of alcohol to purchase. 


Our standard events start at 3 hours for service (with an additional hour for set/up and an hour for breakdown). Longer or shorter timelines available upon further discussion.

We service the greater Houston area. We will travel up to 20 miles from Houston (77002) for no additional changes and $4/mile outside of that range. We love a good road trip though, so if you have a special event well outside of that range we are open to further conversation based on the event.

We require a 50% non- refundable deposit. Final Payment is due 14 business days before your event.

Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we cannot always accommodate cancellations due to rain. In the event of rain, we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our mobile bar.

We also require a standard plug within 100 feet of Pearl to accommodate silent power needs, but don’t fret if that isn’t available - we can easily add a generator package to your event with conversation. 

Pearl’s measurements are 12ft long, 7.5 ft wide and 9ft tall

We ask for flat ground and clear access for set-up, service, and breakdown.

Optimal service minimums is 10 feet wide X 14ft long X 10 feet high

We have general liquor liability insurance and all bartenders are TABC Certified and hold a Food Safety Certification. 

Absolutely, photo shoots are our favorite.
